2. Project Initiation & Payment
A project is considered officially started once payment (full or partial, as agreed) has been received and initial planning, research, or execution has begun. Payments made confirm your intent to proceed with the project.
3. Cancellation Before Project Start
If you request cancellation before any work has started, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund. Transaction fees, administrative costs, or consultation charges may be deducted.
4. Cancellation After Project Start
Once the project has begun, refunds are generally not applicable. However, cancellation requests will be evaluated based on:
- Stage of project completion
- Work already delivered
- Resources and time invested
- Reason for cancellation
Any approved refund (if applicable) will be calculated proportionally based on completed work.
5. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable once initiated:

7. Delays & Client Responsibility
Delays caused by lack of communication, delayed content, feedback, or approvals from the client do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
8. Refund Processing Timeline
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method. Transaction or gateway fees are non-refundable.
