Service Agreement
This Service Agreement outlines the terms, conditions, scope, and responsibilities associated with services provided by Innoreach. By purchasing or engaging with any of our services, you agree to comply with this agreement.
1. Scope of Services
Innoreach provides digital services including but not limited to: website design & development, graphic design, branding, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), social media marketing, and digital consulting.
The exact scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be defined in the selected service package or written agreement.
2. Website Design & Development Services
Our website design packages include UI/UX design, responsive layouts, performance optimization, and basic SEO structure unless otherwise stated.
- Standard delivery timeline: 7–21 business days depending on package size
- Timeline may vary based on content availability and feedback cycles
- Client must provide content, images, and branding assets on time
Any delays caused by missing content, delayed approvals, or scope changes may extend the delivery timeline.
3. Hosting & Domain Services
Hosting and domain services are included only if explicitly mentioned in the purchased package.
- Free hosting/domain (if included) is valid for one year only
- Renewal charges apply after the first year
- Domain ownership remains with the client
- Innoreach is not responsible for third-party hosting provider downtime
4. SEO Services Agreement
SEO is a long-term strategy and results vary based on competition, industry, keywords, and search engine algorithms. Innoreach does not guarantee specific rankings.
- Keyword research and on-page optimization
- Technical SEO improvements
- Monthly performance tracking and reporting
- Content and backlink strategy (if included)
SEO packages are billed monthly and require a minimum commitment period as specified in the package.
5. Social Media Marketing Services
Social Media Marketing services include content planning, post design, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Platforms depend on the selected package
- Posting frequency defined in advance
- Ad budgets are not included unless stated
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, approvals, and required assets.
Failure to respond within reasonable timeframes may delay project delivery without liability on Innoreach.
7. Revisions & Scope Changes
Each service includes a limited number of revisions. Any major scope changes or additional features requested after approval may incur additional charges.
8. Renewals & Ongoing Services
Services such as hosting, SEO, social media marketing, and maintenance are recurring services and require renewal.
- Renewals are billed monthly or annually
- Failure to renew may result in service suspension
- Renewal reminders may be sent via email
9. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All deliverables remain the property of Innoreach until full payment is received. Upon completion, ownership is transferred to the client, excluding third-party licenses or tools.
10. Limitation of Liability
Innoreach shall not be liable for losses caused by search engine algorithm updates, hosting providers, platform policy changes, or third-party services.
11. Agreement Updates
This Service Agreement may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updates.
